What Video Game(s) Do You Think Has the Best Soundtrack?

I personally think music is one of the most important factors in a video game; there have been instances where an otherwise boring area/task in a game was saved for me solely off the music that plays during its part. What is your favorite soundtrack from a video game? My two would go to Kingdom Hearts II (not 2.5 remix) and Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Hmm, I could name plenty, but right now, I'm really digging the one from Sonic After the Sequel.

Hard to name anything as "best" since I like a lot, but I'd say Jet Set Radio Future and VVVVVV have extremely strong and unique soundtracks that can express the feel of the games through sound alone.
