What to do against Sheik, Ganon, Luigi, and Jiggly?

I'm having trouble playing against these characters since they somewhat counter bowser's abilities. Sheik's aerials dance their way around bowser so easily. Ganon's AFA is much easier to land and easier to use than bowser's AFA (so whenever they're against eachother in the air, ganon comes out on top). Luigi, just slides too much so no room for a shield grab, and jiggly, just can't touch her at all (since she floats back at an attack, completely rocking bowser in the air, removing shield grabs and up bing out of shield) except for the occaisional suprise ABA.

Any tips on how to deal with them? And tricks to suprise them?
