What joke character would you like to see in Smash?

You know, kind of like Phoenix Wright in Marvel vs. Capcom?
He could throw his hat and swing a cane and whatnot. Maybe even dump hot tea on someone?
Also:
Donny! (Fire Emblem Awakening)
A simple boy who lived on the farm until he met Chrom and the Shepherds.
He wields a lance, so he can...hit people...you know...with a lance...
Plus, that bucket helmet on his head can add defense (similar to 's clown car).
PLUS, a Fire Emblem non-swordsman.
I'd add him in a mod if I had the skills...

The only problem with this is that if you train him right, Donnel is one of the best characters in FE Awakening. Joke characters are normally terrible.
