My favorite edge-guarding tool is Ike's Neutral B cause it's sooooo good at abusing that 1 frame of non-invincibility, plus it does mad damage, and even gets super armor if held for long enough.

Ganondorf b-air is always satisfying but the most satisfying edgegaurd is his up tilt. Nothing comes close.

My two favorite edge guard moves both belong to :4gaw:.

First, his up-b, which IMO is one of the game's best edge guarding moves. If people try to edge guard you when you're recovering, the stage spike from his up-b is almost impossible to tech and kills ridiculously early. Also the windbox is hilarious. If you're fighting Ness or Lucas and they start recovering with PK thunder, you can jump down next to them, up-b, and it will blow them sideways so that they completely miss with PK thunder.

I also really like using his dair to edge guard even though this is really overused. If you miss the opponent, they'll jump up on stage and taunt cuz they think you SD'ed lol. This move is really funny to use on Little Mac too. If you get him with the spike from dair, the Little Mac will mash his side b. It's already too late for him, but when G&W uses his up-b, the windbox combined with Little Mac's side b will send the poor guy flying almost halfway underneath the stage while G&W is safely holding on to the ledge lol

I love edgeguarding with :4rob:'s side B. It can reflect anything the opponent throws at you, and while it's hard to hit, it can kill somewhat early.

Mario's Cape is my favorite edgeguarding move. If not that, then I'd go with meteor smashes. So satisfying to pull off.

how do people edge guard with Roy? my spacing has improved and i'm beginning to understand what will and wont work at every opportunity, but the edge game is pretty diverse. a mixture of tilts and short hop nairs is what i seem to be going for, but i also find myself chasing them down and up b-ing them into the side of the stage, which happens a bit more often then i would have thought, it's somewhere in between luck and skill atm.
