What is the VERY first thing you did after starting the game for the first time?

Then I proceed to go unlock everything.

Made my Mii and immediately killed myself because apparently all of the Mii's moves put them in helpless states plowed through 1P/smash runs for new items.

Turned up the outlines, turned off tap jump, and see what was in the Wii U Tab.

Then I did classic with Mii.

Started a game with Pikachu on FD, except I forgot to switch it to stocks so I quit. Then it randomly put me on the Samus stage so I quit again, then I finally got to play.

Went to the settings to turn tap jump off, and then spent the next hour unlocking all the characters by playing Verus mode against level 1 CPU, and then I spent the next hour and a half completing the first set of challenges, which allowed me to unlock the final stages that I needed for all of them.

But the first game mode I played was Classic mode. With Mario, as it should be.

I played as Falcon before realizing that I suck with Falcon. Then I went to online to beat a few Little Mac/Greninja/Sheik/Lucario/ZSS players with Mega Man, who I really don't see as a bottom-tier character. Didn't face Bowser, Rosalina, or Duck Hunt Dog yet, but I'm willing to destroy them as well for being too mainstream with a character they're probably not even good with.

Jumped straight into training mode (Lumoise City) to try out m current mains: and also , later unlocked too. Also set up streetpass and did some For Glory matches online, lost the first few times but now I currently have a win rate of 65%.



Next order of business, try my skills at a local club today and a tournament tomorrow, will be using Greninja and Sonic in it.
