Used to sometimes get on the ledge....
Also an attack that hits an opponent up ( good combo starter...)
RARELY IF NOT used as a spike in the air

What is a raptor boost

a windmill of fury for CF. unstoppable infinite. totally undefeatable, unless you can somehow manage to have uber enough mindgames son to do raptor boosts perfectly in sync with those of your opponent.
