What if Marin from Link`s Awakening was in Smash Switch.

With Smash Bros. Switch on the way there will sure will be alot of speculating to see which characters are going to be playable this time around. So with that in mind i have a question for you guys, how would you feel if Marin was a newcomer in Smash Switch since she is now relevant thanks to Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition. Let me know your opinions on this.

I would have preferred a large number of other one-offs than Maron that were given relevancy in Hyrule Warriors.

Overall, I'd be disappointed, but slightly glad that Sakurai didn't leave the Zelda series to rot.

Well... she's my second favorite Zelda character so I'd be happy! It'd be a completely nonsensical and random choice though. Though maybe if her game gets a remake...

With Echo characters being a thing she could be a surprise Echo of Princess Zelda.

I know she doesn't use the powers Zelda displays in Smash but neither does Zelda herself.

She's not a fighter, but her name and memory has been deeply indented in many fans' minds by LA's tragic story. Marin is less of a character to me than she is an emotion. I'd be cool with her joining Smash, even if many other characters are higher on my Zelda list.
