What if Brawl had a story?

I know that there is 0% chance for that happening, but what if Smash Bros. had a story? What would you say about it? Just want to know what you'd think if you were put in charge by Nintendo to create a story mode for the game.

Well, the basic story is a kid playing with his dolls, and he has gloves on..

Well, the basic story is a kid playing with his dolls, and he has gloves on..

And then the dolls go psycho and use everything in their power to destroy his hands...did I mention his hands have alternate personalities?

Maybe there could be themed-battles during the story mode for each character...such as Mario vs Wario with a little cutscene intro before the fight.
