Smash 3DS What happens if you put the cartridge in another 3DS?

My brother just got a 3DS and my mom won't buy a game for him just yet, although I hope she does. My brother wants to play Smash on his 3DS, but I don't know what is going to happen.

Nothing bad. He'll have all of your save data. might not have patches or DLC but that's it.

You'll likely be required to download the newest update, since Smash 3DS won't let you use your saved game data until it's downloaded.
