2. Select Your Game
3. Select Download as

After downloading the file, if it's a nus3bank you can replace it with your own music file using a program like
nus3bankeditor by jam1garner

Just put your music file into the same folder as the nus3bank you downloaded. Run the nus3bank editor. File> Open the nus3bank, replace it with your file, File > Save. Now the nus3bank holds your song.
