Peach's up taunt is her pulling out her parasol, and saying "Sweet". In her side taunt, she dances, singing "La-La-la-la-la-la". In her down taunt, she twirls, strikes a somewhat sassy pose, and says "Uh-huh".

I only remember three of her victory taunts, but I think she only has three. One where she says "Oh, did I win?". One where she says "This is fun". And another where she says "Peachy".
