I don't think he needs any buffs now, unless we're talking about making him top 3 again.

U Air should be able to combo and kill. And I talk kill around 150% or so, and not from the top of platforms only. Grab range and grab speed need a buff too. Faster air speed also, think that one would be huge. I don't get why Diddy has such slow air speed honestly...
