sometimes i feel like the only person who enjoys chopin, i haven't met a single person in real life who enjoys these songs as much as i do, but i guess if you've never played them on piano you wouldn't appreciate them as much as i do lol

yes i'm not the only one who enjoys them, but I've come across very few who share a passion for one of the greatest pianists of all time. And i'm your typical senior in high school, where most everyone listens to either modern music or classic rock, my piers mostly play guitars and drums and whatnot, they have never experienced the pure emotion when you play these songs, and i truly feel sorry for those who will never experience it, who have never been moved by a mere piece of music, there are many others out there, i just haven't met them

Well, I'm a guitarist, I don't think it's a fair assumption to say that just because someone isn't a pianist they can't appreciate Chopin's music, in fact you should check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZxwsMcdI7w

you dont have to be a pianist to appreciate chopin's work, and when i said they played guitars and drums i was referring to the fact that they only play rock music. Sorry if i'm over generalizing everything but i did say that everyone i knew did not appreciate piano, i don't know you so i cant really put you into that stereotype. And Chopin isn't the only pianist, i personally like to play songs by liszt more

and if your wondering, i dont only listen to piano, i also enjoy some modern music and classic rock, and some rap, and dubstep

Well personally I like playing my own music more than piece's written by other musicians, but that's neither here, nor there.
