What are some little tiny things that annoy you?

Slurping. I just can't stand the sound!
And for some reason, my friend never remembers anything. It's not that he doesn't remember anything that ticks me off, it's that he always denies this fact.

There are a couple things that people can do on instant messengers that annoys me. Number one is when somebody asks you "What's up?" or something, and you tell them a bunch of stuff, but then they don't even bother to ask you about it to try and start a conversation. Another annoying thing to me is when people only reply with "k". It basically seems as if the person didn't even bother to read or think about what you said.
