What aerials should be SHFFL'd?

So I have been practicing and can now L-cancel 80%+ of the time in training mode (and I'm starting to do it a lot ingame). However, I'm confused with some aerials.

U-air and B-air make sense (and I can SHFFL with them), but with F-air I don't fast fall. If I fast fall, Ganon doesn't do his attack animation (or it looks like he doesn't attack at least). Should I be fastfalling my F-airs?

Also, does SHFFL'd D-air actually have a use? Most matches I see it in, it's Full-hopped and fast-falled. So should I just not practice SHFFLing it?

you can shffl every one of ganon's moves profitably, you just need to adjust the timing for when you start the move/ff

edit: Just to make it clear, I strongly recommend practicing it and incorporating it into your game.

You need to be able to L-cancel when whether you ff or not, if you hit a shield, hit 2 shielding IC's, land the hit, or whiff the hit. You can hit R/L as many times as you want to get the cancel, just make sure you stop as soon as you get it.

If you are just learning l-cancel, do it with either light presses or z, to not mess up with teching.
