What about Fast Brawl? (special brawl)

Everyone complains that brawl is too slow, but it had a fast mode where everything was running at twice the speed.

has no one tried playing that mode competitively? or is it as bad as it sounds?

casual/non-competitive players like yourself often misunderstand just what people are really disappointed about with brawl.

Fast brawl does not in any way shape or form fix brawl's physics issues, and that is what people were disappointed with. Brawl is not just "melee only slower" brawls' physics are completely different from melee's, playing brawl in special mode's fast setting does not fix anything. People who hated the campier more defensive based gameplay of brawl would still hate it regardless of whether its played in special mode's fast setting or not.


It had nothing to do with the speed and everything to do with the gameplay and physics
