Los Angeles Smash Tournaments (LAS) is hosting another of its "Smash of Ages" but this time it's an SSB64 Exclusive National! This will be a one of the first major tournaments for SSB64 hosted on the West Coast.

This tournament will be featuring Apex 2012/2015 Winner SuPeRbOoMfAn! tacos (Apex 2015 2nd Place) will be attending as well!

What kind of entry fee/venue fee would guys like to see. I really wana get the opinion of people traveling.
My first suggestion is $20 Entry $10 Venue
Mind you, our venue fee is going to be significantly lower than that of Apex for obvious reasons so this gives us more freedom with the entry fee. Suggestions?

Be mindful of less skilled players being discouraged by higher entry fees.

20$ is pretty pricey for an entry fee. id say 10/10

i can't imagine many new players wanting to shell out 30$

And that's why the community is so small and prics so measly. 30$ is not a lot of money considering that most of the 64 player have at least 18 years and the event is anticipaded with months.

I agree, i just fear very few people will have that rationale.

Besides, it's One tournament, it's going to be Great, and again, it's one tournament you'll attend for a very long time.
