Weird glitch

I found a glitch while playing around in the japanese version of the game ( in the options) when in training mode taunt with fox he should say his japanese taunt. then put the speed onto 1/4 he should say his normal english taunt. Odd huh?

When playing with the English version of the game in Japanese mode Fox randomly says either his English or Japanese taunt.
