I haven't seen any thread about the weighs of all characters and how many hits they're able to take.
So I've tested it out on the Training Mode with Captain Falcon, at what percentage the characters are knocked out of the stage. To be consistent, I took Omega stages and only knocked my opponents out with Falcons Side+B.
Sometimes they didn't fly out of the stage, but there was a really high chance that they'll do it. If you add 1% or more they'll definitly fly out and if you take 1% away, there is just a really small chance that they will be knocked out.
So here's the list at what percentage everyone flied out:
Dr./Mario 129%
Luigi 122%
Peach 117%
Bowser 139%
Yoshi 129%
Rosalina 111%
Bowser Jr. 135%
Wario 136%
Mr. G&W 106%
Donkey Kong 148%

So yeah, what do you think about it? Also this list is good for Cpt Falcon players to know when they're able to smash their opponent out, I've tested it out with a friend who was Vectoring/Hitstun Shuffling while being knocked up and he flied out. It's interesting that the clones characters Dr. Mario, Dark Pit and Lucina don't have weigh differences.
