ways to resize the mdl0

is there other ways to resize a mdl0 OTHER than using the auto resizer program so any ideas?

Using the animation editor in brawl box. Just scale the model. But if theres already alotta premade animations, try the Resizer. I cant get the Resizer to work either. I just get the bones. the model completely disappears on me.
