Ways to practice Pikachau?

The only thing you can really practice on your own is tech skill (which you should). Learning your way around stages is also pretty useful as a Pikachu player.
There are some other specific things you can practice, like learning how to chaingrab spacies and the hitbox locations of uair for tailspiking/reverse tailspiking.
Otherwise, playing matches against other people is the best (and only real) practice.

i don't play pika but I imagine learning to control your up B in every possible way is pretty crucial
