Event - EVO 2016 Ways to contact Evo besides email?

I applied to go to Evo but I haven't received the confirmation email for it. The website said that I need to print a copy of the email to get into the venue. I've sent 2 emails to Evo through their website, but I still haven't gotten any responses. I know that I am in face registered for Evo since I was able to find myself in the brackets that they posted.

So is there another way to contact Evo besides via email through their website so I can get the confirmation email that I need?

Try talking to someone travelling with you, see if they'd be able to help you find the email. It seems unlikely that it was simply not sent.
