Wavedashing with Ness--Quick Question.

Approximately, what is the delay between each of Ness' wavedashes? I'm trying to pick up wavedashing with him and am having trouble doing it in quick succession. I'm sort of a n00b when it comes to this, so pardon my ignorance. But would anyone have a video of the fastest succession of Ness' wavedashes, so I can see the rhythm of it?

Also, I'm not quite sure how to do successive f-airs to combo someone across the stage (according to the too long for anyone to actually read FAQ by DjC'ing), can someone explain it a little better or provide a video of it? Sorry, I'm just picking Ness up after seeing how great Ness is with combos (and also inspired by recently replaying Smash 64 and seeing how amazing he was there)--and the YYG impressed me a bit too. Thanks in advance.

For the brief period of time I was playing Ness consistently I based almost all my movement off watching this video.

If you're having trouble with wavedashing in general try starting with Samus or Luigi since I find them the easiest to do it with. Once you can do it perfectly with them everyone else fits in pretty easily with small adjustements. I find Ness's wavedash to be a pretty similar timing to Samus actually now that I think about it.

I'm not that good with Ness I just learned all the basics so I'll let someone else go into detail on DJC since they'll probably do a much better job of it than me.

I don't know what's worse, the fact that that vid is over 4 years old, or that it's still being used as evidence. It's really sad only three people got good with Ness. Only Pichu has less good people >_>;

lol This guy and Simna are about the only ones I've even seen on youtube. Plus it's just generally a good match either way. Learning Ness takes too much work for too little profit. It's sad but true.

Oh yeah he is good. I remember seeing him. Been a while since I've done anything with Melee Ness. Good stuff.
