I've seen this many time but how can i consistently do it without the b-sticking?
I can't find the right timing

Do your B move (grenade, C4) in the air, and smash the stick in the opposite way your facing right after you press the B button.

in this way i only do a standard turnaround-B

edit: ok, i also need to be moving in the opposite direction
