Wario's wingman/Luigi's eternal rival?

I seriously think waluigi deserves a spot in the next installment. They should get rid of clones like toon link and add some new people. I mean they should put him in more games its rare to find waluigi gear and games that center/include him. His attacks can include his famous racket like in the assist trophy. Anyone agree?
