He keeps glitching up in-game and turns into a huge polygon thing. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

... more infomation. No one can help you if you don't tell us about your build. Are you using custom textures for Wario..? or perhaps custom codes? if so which ones?

No textures for Wario. Codes used are File Patch Code, Colored Shields, and DWolf's Brstrm Volume Fix Code.

That's really weird. Have you tried loading the game without any hacks? Maybe it's a freak thing where the disc is scratched. Not very likely, I know, but... well, you never know.
