Pretty sure I saw him wall cling on one of the many videos I've watched. I'm like 99% sure.

It's gonna be fun wondering where exactly on stages Lucario can cling to again. Back in brawl he could practically cling to any pillar / lip of a stage able to hold his position for a good 3 seconds.

His ExtemeSpeed->wallcling works the same as Brawl.
Only notable difference I found when I played on Saturday was you can no longer wallcling on Brinstar, because that middle part is similar to Melee's. Maybe I approached it incorrectly, but I could not get it to work.
I plan on testing other places once I get the game.
