I'm sorry to make a new topic concerning this, but I'm worried that this thing will become seriously broken if Stockpile and/or Amnesia are available. With the ease that SmashCAP1 creates switches, it can turn Baton Pass broken. Think about this for a moment: A fast Taunt, Stockpile, Dragon Dance, and Baton Pass. IMAGINE if that became possible. Of course, that's extreme. But the important bit is that this has A) Astronomical physical defense, B) A fast Taunt, C) Ridiculously epic typing, and D) Potential for an instant recovery move. Something with those assets simply cannot be allowed to patch up the one weakness the spread (which, not trying to brag, I made) worked to create: Allowing it to be shut down be powerful special offense, much the same as physical STABs obliterate Blissey. Wrecking this could very well push this poke towards Uber.

More to come.

The measures are an Oregonian thing. Lolz.

Hm. I voted yes to a bunch of boosting attacks and no to Baton Pass. Perhaps we need a different type of poll with conditionals (A only without B, except when C).

I agree with annoying here. This thing is meant to be a wall. But something with such a leviathan-esque defense stat, Baton Pass, and amazing typing will be broken. Giving it stat boosters are fine, as long as it can't give them to someone else.

I purposely didn't vote for Baton Pass just for this reason.

And even if it got Stockpile, it wouldn't have an attack stat to abuse it. And if it used DD with Stockpile on the same set you could phaze it. The only time you would really have to watch out (if it had both on the same set) is in a last-poke-standing kind of situation. And even then it has to get off at least two Stockpiles before it's not getting completely ***** by a blade of grass.

Although if I would have thought of that before I probably would have said 'no' to Stockpile and DD being on the same set for safety's sake; much like I did with Recover and DD.

I hardly consider 80 base Attack and 112 base Attack comparable. Last I knew the only reason why something with only a base 80 in both offensive stats (or lower) would give itself an attacking move was so it either didn't get ***** by Taunt or had something to do when its job was done. At minimum (which is likely what this thing would be running if it were to have a Stockpile set), its offensive stats don't even break 200.

Well, that doesn't bother blissey, but then again, it gets CM rather than Stockpile.

Exactly. And for a good idea of how useless Blissey's SAtk stat basically is without CM, a standard Boosting Sweeper Rotom-A set invests a simple 64 EVs to its HP, and its sub can withstand any move that a standard Blissey throws at it.

And when translated over, it basically means that this guy isn't going to be landing a 2HKO on many things. Sure it can still take out a Mence if it's packing Ice Beam or a Heatran with EQ, but against something that goes neutral on the two attacking moves it'll be carrying (assuming it has Recover as well)? It gets set up on.

EDIT: Unless it has Unaware, in which case it gets pelted for crit hax until it's dead (or outsped and 2HKO'd by a Special grass-type move). I forgot about the secondary ability at first...
