Okay, so I have a Dazzle DVC100, I ordered it and got it cheap. I've had it for a while, but never had the program that came with it, so I got a cheap program. The problem was, was that the program was cheap. So then I heard about VirtualDub. I was like :bee:

Then I tried it out just recently and I found that my video files it created were ENORMOUS. I need help to figure out how to get the videos to be YouTube up-loadable size. Help please.

A pretty easy fix. What VDubs does is by default save the files uncompressed, making them of course, huuuuuge! Go to Video -> Compression or just hit Ctrl+P. Here you can select a compression type. My preference would be Xvid MP4 codec. If you don't have the Xvid codec, you can grab it here: http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/

You can click Configure after selecting Xvid and set your quality/file size options.

Enjoy :)
