I was wondering if there is any other villager combos.

One that I know is Down Throw->F-air if timed right. But, I want to learn more combos than that.

A simple one:
Set Lloid -> Fair -> (Lloid hits) -> Fair

It takes a bit of setup, but it's very effective and it's a true combo at lower percents.

Down throw -> up air , weak down tilt -> fair , jab 2 -> fair ( high %) , jab 2 -> axe ( mostly for high %)

Villager has a lot more two-move conversions than long combos.

Here's some setups into grab that I use:
lloid projectile > grab
lloid ride > footstool > lloid aerial momentum cancel > grab (only works on some characters)
weak dair > grab
jump lloid projectile (to block jumps) > grab

Throw options
Down: aerial followup (percentage dependent)
Up: tree plant or retreat
Forward: tree plant or retreat
Back: KO at ledge (on Wii U), low percent combos

OK, I'm back with a pretty awesome down throw combo from 0%.
Down throw > weak nair > weak nair > regrab > down throw > weak nair > strong nair
If this gets them offstage, go for a dair spike. If not, space them out with fair, then start setting up your next attack.

jab>jab> upsmash
dtilt> up air
lloid>footstool>weak nair>dsmash jablock>fsmash
jab>jab>axe

another one I like to use is lloid as I'm falling and if the opponent is under me drop nair will push him upwards into the rocket.
