Vids from latest tourney, definitely need help with sheik and falcon. I feel like i give up hits and kills way too easily. Plus my recovery seems really weak too.

uh it looks like you've watched alot of videos and practiced tech skill a lot and played competent opponents very little. your execution is pretty good but you're very inefficient. i dont really know how to give you good advice about how to better apply your tech skill except play opponents who are stronger and figure out how much more efficient you need to be.

yeah that sounds reasonable, my tournament attendance has been lacking.,

Movement wise you seem very fluid, what i notice right off the bat is that you aren't completely free while platforming, it seems like you have to take the time to think about wavelanding and you stop in place after doing it which defeats the purpose of platforming. Practice platform movements until getting from point a to b using the platforms feels just as natural as moving on the ground.

thats true, ive just recently incorporated that so im not sure when to apply it correctly and i do have to think about it.
