Video Series HTC Rivals Teased

HTC has teased a new series that Melee fans are sure to enjoy. As described by the video's description and comments from HTC, "Competitive Smash was born from offline competition. As a result, some of the greatest rivalries in all of eSports were forged. HTC Rivals is a mini series that follows the rivalry between pro Super Smash Bros. Melee players Cloud9 Mang0, Team Liquid Hungrybox, and TSM Leffen." The teaser video for the series is here below. Give it a watch and stay tuned to Smashboards for updates on the series!

 

This is actually really interesting. Sad to see that it will only cover the rivalries between the three, though.

 

I want to see Armada and PPMD!

 

I always thought the personalities and rivalries of the Smash scene was one of the most interesting things about it. I think there's a lot of really interesting stuff between the rivalries, so seeing this is pretty darn cool. I hope that Mew2King, Armada, PPMD, and other players who have had an impact at least get a mention, even if the focus is on Mango, Hbox and Leffen.

Armado is pretty fantastic, almost as good as Armada.

 

Thought this was hinting at Rivals of Aether and got super stoked aha. Still pretty hype!
