Video Game character relationships

I was just thinking about this, what would be an ideal video game guy/girl relationship (besides the Cheif and Cortana). I mean any character from any game with any other character from any other game. Im gona go ahead and say Dante from DMC with Samus from metroid, kinda off the wall but they are my two favorite video game charaters ever. Sure, it might be a rocky relationship considering Dante never shuts up and Samus never speaks, but it could still work. Plus seeing the two of them kick ridley's @$$ would be cool as hell.
