Venues in Northern VA that I could host a tournament at?

First I would like to say that I'm not even sure where to post this question, but I figured this was the best place. My apologies if it isn't the right place.

I was looking for venues in Northern VA to host a tournament at, specifically a Melee tournament. I've been running small tournaments and smashfests in my basement for a while now, but I'd like to host a larger-scale tournament in June 2009. The most attendees I would ever expect for this tournament would be around 100, and that's really expecting way too much. Also, I live in Fairfax County, and the closer the venue the better.

Does anybody know of some nice venues that I could get for a decently-sized Melee tournament?

I've been looking for one too. It's hard though.

Think where can I have a birthday party and you're set.

Try hotels or the library system. I've heard from several people that depending on the county you live in your library system may have a room you can rent all day for barely anything (making the venue fee small).

The local library in Vienna actually has a guy that runs Brawl tournaments for the library, and they have Melee friendlies before and after the tournament. Unfortunately the room is way too small to run a tournament of my planned size.

I'm looking for a big place that doesn't cost a way large amount. I've never rented out a place myself though, so I don't know what's a good rate and what isn't. There's going to be a venue fee at this tournament, and I'm sure I can get enough people to come to cover the cost so long as it isn't rediculously high.
