II do not have funds nor transportation to get to the tournament tomorrow.

However, I am more than willing to host casuals at my place for Melee after the WSU event is over so I can get to know and meet some of the newer people I don't know very well. Since my place is small can have no more than 5 people and would appreciate it if someone else could bring a CRTV (preferably a portable one) so we have 2 set ups.

My number is 8016752126 so hit me up as it will be first come first serve. I can stretch the numbers a bit if carpool situations deem it so for people to come over.

Since when was SLC (or Provo for that matter) southern Utah? Sure, they're south of Ogden, but they're not even halfway through the state. If we're going by that logic, Ogden is southern since it's south of Logan.

I couldn't figure out how to delete my post.

Salt lake city is South of WSU aka the Ogden area. This area being the area that was deemed to be in a crew battle dictates "WSU vs Southern Utah" which in this case is SLC.

We aren't that bad we have a bunch of talented players out here. We may not do tourneys but we are in lab majority of the time

I am not saying all of Ogden is bad. However, I am probably Ogdens best player overall (I want to be proven wrong)and I have not been taken Smash seriously until just a few weeks ago after a multi-year hiatus. That right there says something. I do believe however, Ogden has potential to be hella good and I want to see that through.

A crew battle of Ogden vs SLC and or Provo would be a massacre IMO.

Not really. I have played some of the Ogden smashers that I am pretty sure no one on ehre knows and some of them have crazy potential. In addition to that we have a Falco player named Erion who is fairly good as well if not much better than me. (I don't know how rusty he is).

So since Devon technically got 4th in Brawl with no one getting 3rd's prizes, how was the prizes distributed?

Should've switched that up, but we opted to give him the Third place prize (after my initial saying of not to) and Chris does not qualify for his prize money from a second year of being late to the finals
