Wtf 22 matches of RedShadow/Noc vs Yu/Tirno?

Well-balanced teams, I'd say!

I like how that round robin perfectly reflects everyone's respective skill level.
Mitchell beats everyone, Edgar isn't as good but is better than Clay, Jamal and Clay are roughly even, and Albert, Nubz and Shiameyo are sort of a toss-up.

Yeah, the problem with double elimination tournaments is that the ultimate ranking of somebody who is not quite at the level of the top melee players is kinda random and doesn't accurately reflect skill level. But that should just be a motivator to learn how to beat those who you have never beaten in a tourney set before!

With this info, we could probably construct new melee rankings. It's too bad some of the other melee regulars couldn't enter though. It's just a question of where they fit in in the above results.

Yea too bad I couldn't enter. But it's no question where I fit in - somewhere above Mitchell. Way above Mitchell. You guys all must be terrible at melee if you lost to Mitchell.

And based on these results, I don't think the rankings have changed any lol.
