Useful Combo? (video)

I was going through the video capture of the first day I played online and remembered this combo. It's a dTilt upB on a buried opponent. I haven't experimented with it to even see how viable it is.

Sadly, my capture device doesn't capture at 60fps so I can't tell exactly what happens between the dTilt and the upB.

I haven't had a chance to experiment, but if they combo into each other so quickly it could be a great setup for KOing since it allows you to hitconfirm.

I'm still not seeing a down tilt in the video. Am I missing something?

Yeah I'm not seeing a dtilt. I see the startup animation for upB, but that's it.
