So I downloaded a Lucina SFX and Annoucner pack that was designed, apparently, for vbrawl, and it works fine, but now at the CCS and victory screen, Roy's announcer calls are the Pokemon Trainer's and Mewtwo's is just a bunch of noises. Anyone know why/how to fix this? Gameplay is unaffected, I just don't know why it even happened.

It's not that he's missing anything, the announcer in the lucina pack he downloaded has it's own .sawnd for announcer calls. This .sawnd clearly adds in lucina's call, but seeing it was built for vbrawl, it only contains the vbrawl announcer calls and not mewtwo or roy's.

You'd need to manually add in the lucina call to P:M's sawnd.

That's what I did, I only added 26.sawnd which is the set for Marth's SFX and 223.sawnd which is Marth's announcer call I believe

That's where you misunderstand. 223.sawnd isn't just marth's announcer call, it's all the announcer calls. It's like a .rar file for audio. Marth's announcer is located in 223 (which in this case has been replaced by lucina) but lacks Mewtwo's and Roy's because it's a vBrawl .sawnd.

Huh, Well that clears that up, so there's no way to get a lucina call with Roy and Mewtwo without a 223 made specifically for a PM lucina?

You can do it if you work backwards. Take a P:M 223.sawnd and insert it into any old "smashbros_sound.brsar" using "super sawndz" in the corresponding column. This will allow you to playback the announcer calls in super sawndz
Obtain a .wav of lucina's character call, and replace marth's with it. Then export the .sawnd as 223 and you should be set.
