The group behind Smash League just finished the Friend Code Database.
It's pretty cool. It allows you to share FCs, have a buddy list, send private messages, search by clan, write a custom profile, and even generate a custom sig that links to your profile. It works with any game and Brawl is on the list, so use it to share Brawl FCs.
