It looks like there's more than one platform though.

I think there are two platforms above the main one that move to become one in the center periodically through the match.

Im actually intrigued or it could be that since its 3:30 in the morning my brain isnt functioning normally. Heres why:

If the day or night feature of the stage is determined by your wii's internal clock, how will that be effected if you were to face someone half way across the globe? Let alone half way across the states witha 3 hour time difference?
