Not too bad...Looks decent enough to get through a number of opponents. However, SD Weavile, Scarf/BandCross and Vire can tear through this like...something...not hard to tear through...:p

Anyway, it gets a 7.5/10 from me...

I would use Aerial Ace on Dugtrio so that it would be a pretty good Non-Scarfed Hera counter. I mean, Shadow Claw and Sucker Punch is kinda redundant so I would just drop Shadow Claw for Aerial Ace.
Also just out of curiosity, why did you choose Extrasensory on Raikou? I'm not saying it's a bad decision, but is it there for a specific purpose?

I like everyone on your team. That's not common; there's usually a couple that bother me.

Beware of being redundant, thought for the most part you seem well-rounded.

Weird. The bad part is that type coverage is not so good... psychic ghost and electric? I dunno, just some grass or ice to take care of grounds seems like it would be useful.

How do you use Dugtrio again??

Go with aerial ace, you already have sucker punch. Leftovers? Dugtrio isn't going to survive much. I would go with jolly and choice band. Dugtrio needs to outspeed everything it can, but also kill it before it hits back. That does both reasonably.

You use it as a revenge killer. Give it Choice Band and use Rock Slide over Stone Edge. Max. it's Speed as well.

I suggest removing the Expert Belt for a Focus Sash or a Life Orb. I have seen nothing more redundant than a Dragon and Ice atack on the same set. Take off Dragon Claw and use both Stone Edge and Pursuit[/ Stealth Rock, if you put on a Focus Sash for a guaranteed SR =D].

Consider the opssibility of starting with his guy and BPing the SD to Aerodactyl, who could survive with a Focus Sash and run through an opposing team. Good otherwise, but stil consider making it a pure BPer, and using Grasswhistle/ Roar for Skarmory and fellow phazers.

Once again, Expert Belt is rather useless: possibly use Return> Ice Punch, and Substitute> Crunch with a Liechi Berry. Also, Waerfall> EQ: Torrent is one of the few things Fera has over Gyara, so abuse it well.

If I'm not mistaken, if you would take those attack EVs and put them in defense, you would gain 2 points instead of 1. Consider more Attack EVs for Gyarados and using Brave Bird> Drill Peck. Take off SR if you use it on Aerodactyl(which I highly suggest) and use Whirlwind.
