Just wondering if anyone has tried doing this, because I did it against my n00b brother and he was amazed.

I hit him with a Fsmash (at a nice medium-ish percentage), and grabbed the ledge. When he came back, he did his Up+B right under me. I dropped down, and he grabbed me, then I wall-jump teched and Kneed him in the face while he was still in the Up+B animation, so there was nothing he could do. Also, it looked really cool to see a red suit flaming Falcon jump at him with a Knee.

I wanted to know if any others have felt the glory from doing this. Usually, I just tech and dodge back to the stage, but then I thought, WWCFD??

Don't hate if this has already been discussed. If you wanna blame anything, blame the lousy search engine!

Well, the thing is that I do this on purpose, I don't accidentally get caught in the Up+B. As long as I can hit the wall to tech it, I'll drop into it to stop their recovery. I guess you can call it an edgeguard if you wanna get technical.

hahah amazing move. I play a stupid falcon that tries for wall jump knees all the time. I'm usually too scared to knee after a tech though. Good job.

Well, the best part is that you get your jump back.

The ONLY problem I could see by doing this excessively is that the recovering Falcon or Ganon (if he's almost touching the stage before his Up+B) can do a reverse Up+b, and you get sent in the other direction, while he lands safely on the stage. Or, you could miss his regular Up+B and get edgeguarded. Other than that, it just looks awesome.

You can also try doing a mid-air Raptor Boost instead of the Knee. Then, your opponent might Meteor Cancel and grab you with his Up+B, and you could do the wall-jump tech Knee, AKA "The Superman" lol.
