if used in mid-air, is it better to wait for a full charge or use it right away for maximuim propulsion, considering diddy falls as he charges his up b

depends on how far you are... the more you play diddy the more you get the feel for it. you use your judgement to decide on whether based on where you are if the charging will make up for the falling you do.

you really just need to balance how far from the stage and how far from certain death you are. theres a lot of in between, its not ust full charge or no charge. its should come naturally after playing him a bit
