Up air into knee mid-combos

Hi guys, I have seen many combo videos of Falcons landing Knees in the middle of the combo, and those knees seem to be true combos like this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZFEcqo80h8#t=0m44s (of course he could have tech'd the uptilt)
So, can you really true combo into the knee in the middle of combos like that ? If so, is it dependent on DI / % / weight / fallspeed ? Do you know of any true combos that end with a knee like that ?
Oh, and i'm aware of the SH Upair right before you land into knee.

Yes.

Falling Uair > Knee is not DI dependant but the %'s are weight + fallspeed dependent. FH Uair > Knee is dependant on all three.

Uair > Knee is the only true one unless you're in the middle of a footstool combo. If you are, then Dair > Knee is also true.
