I bought a Dazzle recorder and by mistake I purchased the one that writes directly to .vob extensions... because it's made to only write to dvds. Silly me, right? Well since I don't like giving up, I acquired a file converter that can make the .vob a .wmv which is much handier. The problem is, is that the audio starts off behind the video, then a little after halfway it actually catches up with the video. This presents a situation where I can't just edit and crop off the lag time in the beginning because it synchronizes later! XD
I've tried messin' around with rates and others junk, but nothing seems to do what I need it to do. Halp? Or should I just crop out the sound altogether and put music over it? (or maybe just convert the sound individually and add it in publishing?)
