OK so in the very off chance that I don't like project m (which is highly unlikely) how easy is it to undo the changes that it has made/ does it wreck my game?

Haha, you pretty much just wouldn't go through the custom stage editor anymore, and you'd never know it was even there. If you really wanted, you could just erase it from your SD card, and then it's entirely gone. (this is for the hackless version, not sure how the others work but I'd imagine it's just as painless)

Basically, it's really safe. =)

if you do not want to use project m then simply keep the SD card out of the wii and restart or clear the SD card and restart.

Nothing it does to your game is permanent. It needs to load the new data from the SD card, just like your console needs to load data from the disc in order to play any game. So if you just don't put the SD card in, don't load the SD card in the Custom Stage Editor, or change what's on the SD card, it won't load Project M anymore.

P:M will have some minor effects on your save file, though. Wins/losses, and other stats will still record matches played with the P:M stuff added. Although that's not really a big deal. If you really want to get rid of that stuff, you'll have to erase your gave save data.

But that would be going a bit far.

Pull out the sd card?
And section it into pieces; scattering them so far into the very corners of the Earth, that not even Indiana Jones, Nathan Drake, and that one team from that Alien versus Predator movie could locate it.

Oh, and one piece is in space.

Removing your SD card from your Wii will forever destroy humanity's chance to find a cure for cancer.

Jokes aside, it's easily reversible as said above.^^.
