Smash 3DS Unfinished game?

Eh, no intro, more time actually getting to the game, which I like

Calm the hell down.
The "slow loading" is literally like 1-3 seconds. Brawl had like 10 second waits at times. And resetting the 3DS when you exit the game is whatever. Not being able to access Miiverse or the Internet Browser is pretty much null except that means no posting screens to Miiverse. A bit of a bummer but whatever. the camera isn't all that great in this version anyway.
It runs nice.

Well thanks for clarifying all that. No one else had explained all that. I'm not salty anymore after a night's rest anyways.

its not unfinished id say. its an appetizer for the wii u version. there is probably more full content on the wii u rather then a full out equal. the treatment of the music made this apparent alone

This is probably due to limited amount of space... The Wii U version will defiantly have all these features.

If anything it feels lacking in various aspects. Probably has to do with the console choice more than time constraints.

There's a lot of empty space for the game. Like a whole GB worth of it apparently.
