A lot of isai's really nice combo's are in very poor quality. So they looked terrible when upscaled. Problem with making a good smash 64 combo video, is the quality of the clips is always pretty bad.Anywho hope you got some enjoyment from it.I'm not sure if it's a poor clip selection job or it's just me, but the video was okay. Nothing really impressed me except for Ness on Peach's Castle and Falcon vs Kirby on Hyrule. Everything else was pretty standard. It would impress newbies, though.
people were DI'ing I think, just not a lot of people have smart DI like boom'sWhy aren't the opponents DI'ing lol
Can you take them from the online strim?
What are you talking about? When was the last time a fan made combo video was posted here? The video is nice (I like the editing) but the combos didn't impress me. That's all. lol It's like no one gets hyped about a Falcon up air x5 -> up b combo. That's how standard the first few Luigi combos are.every time something fan-made is posted here: I guess it was "ok." come on guys...
It was a nice video. The comments in the beginning are always fun to come across
lol this is exactly what I'm talking about. I was referencing the time that that one guy posted a dreamland remix and people here were like: yo that was cool, but do you know which remix was better? this *link*What are you talking about? The only 64 video that has ever made me hyped as **** is this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsE1stmEgv8
I get goose bumps every single time. lol

lol chill out, dude. People do this all the time. Though it's hardly related to what I initially said.
pretty good template
haha, that fox thing had me dying.Good video!
But this is still my favorite ssb combovideo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fp0KSP7ysvE Everything is perfect imo. Love the music and editing.
Different games and very different proposals, melee have tons of excellent quality footage due to huge amounts of tournaments through the years... the legacy tried to use players from around the globe, and not only recent footage, but the old ones too, the intention was to show the legacy that 64 gave to the world, if you don't know at least 80% of those players, you either are new here, of don't follow the smash in the world, just in your tiny portion of it. Plus it is a video from 2011, it's now like we had tons of big tournaments with coverage back then, lots of big players from today wasn't very known back then, like mariguas, dexter, some peruvians,etc...and japanese players videos was less propagated too.On the matter of combo videos,
I wish SSB64 had something like this:
And no, this doesn't count:
Half of the players are names that don't ring a bell and a lot of the clips are outdated.
