Can I just ruin this thread and say drop from ledge, DI towards stage, lay bomb and DI so you don't hit the wall and go forward, lay 2 more bombs and bomb jump and DI forward, wait a little, double jump, up B, and you'll barely grab ledge on the other side.

What is the point of this thread?

There is no use for it except for fun, and because of the fact that Samus barely makes it, it's easy to get edgehogged because the up b doesn't even hit anymore.

I agree. This isn't as fast as Pit's gliding so I don't see a point in learning it.

A great conversation filler at bars and parties
I can do this without needing to bomb jump. Just run off the edge, drop a bomb so that when you get the small hop from dropping it, you barely touch the bottom of FD. Drop another bomb, double jump, B-up. Game.

yea...I went and tried it and did it w/o bomb jumping...just bomb thrice dj and ub...
