Umm...360 error? (Of course. >_>)

Okay, when I try to make my Live account, and they ask me if I want to accept or decline the terms of service, and I click accept, the entire screen freezes. And it stays this way for a while. I'm not sure if it stays like this forever, but I don't think it's supposed to happen at all.

Help me please? D=

I tried to unplug the cords and everything and it just won't finish the process.

Sounds like there's an issue with making a new account on Live atm or something. Either that or your 360 is going to RRoD soon, hahahaha. Do you know if yours is a Jasper model? Also, you could try clearing you cache.

Go to the system blade and then select memory. Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X.
